Customer Service Representatives
Top Driver Customer Service Reps play many essential roles. They are often the first point of contact with our customers and connect with the parents of prospective and current students. They educate, inform and sell parents on our programs and services. Our customer service reps are also a major liaison with our instructors in the field, scheduling and coordinating in-vehicle training. These team members work out of our Sterling Heights, MI customer service center.
Market Managers
Rarely can someone use their managerial experience to save lives. But such is the case when you come to work for Top Driver. This position is a rich, stimulating mix of leadership, service and disciplined operational and financial management. Each manager assumes the responsibility of making sure each team member delivers a superior driver education experience to every customer. This involves hiring, training, inspiring, and managing all team members.
