Rich Radi, Chief Executive Officer

Rich Radi has 30 years of general management, sales and marketing experience primarily in the information technology industry.  Rich was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Top Driver in May 2007.  He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Co-Founder of Siteras Technologies, which developed and implemented the insurance industry’s first electronic clearinghouse for subrogation claims.  Prior to co-founding Siteras, Rich was an Executive Vice President for CCC Information Services, a leading provider of insurance technology and services, where he was general manager of the company’s Insurance Division.  Previously, he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for D-Vision Systems, Inc., a digital video software provider.  In addition, he held various sales and management positions in his 12-year career with IBM Corporation and with Amoco early in his career.

Rich has an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
 

Trish Johnson, Vice President of Education

Trish has been involved in traffic safety, curriculum development, driver education and training for 24 years.  She was the founder and senior instructor of The Driving Institute in Avon, Indiana which was acquired by Top Driver Inc., in 1999.   She was on the Top Driver curriculum committee which created and produced the Ignition curriculum, the first student-based interactive classroom curriculum in the industry.  As the Vice President of Training she oversees all curriculum development, training programs and quality assurance as well as conducts internal training for classroom and in-vehicle instructors.  Trish entered the driver training industry from a racing background that spanned over 25 years and included over 200 wins, championships and awards.

Trish has a BS in Education from Marian College.

Paul Zalatoris, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Zalatoris has over 22 years of financial management expertise and joined Top Driver in November 2009.  In addition to his financial experience, Paul also has a significant operational background . Prior to joining Top Driver, he was President  and CFO of Balle de Match, LLC. Paul spent over 15 years holding various financial and operational management positions at Wilson Sporting Goods Company including Global Business Director, Controller and Manager of Corporate Planning and Analysis. Prior to working at Wilson he worked for AMR Corporation in the Budgets and Cost group.

Paul holds an MBA from DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in Finance from University of Illinois.
