Adult Driver Education Course Requirement Added for Illinois

Adult Driver Education CourseEffective July 1, 2014 for the state of Illinois, adults who are 18, 19, or 20 years old and did not take a drivers education class during high school are required to complete the six hour adult driver education course before getting a driver’s license. The course can be taken in either a classroom or online and upon successfully finishing they will receive a certificate of completion for the adult 6 hour adult drivers education course.
