With 2017 coming to an end, the team at Top Driver wanted to take time to highlight our most popular events, news, and more. We’re proud of everything our students have accomplished this year and we look forward to continuing our mission in 2018!
Driver Intelligence Scholarship.
Three Top Driver graduates were presented with a $500 Driver Intelligence Scholarship, which will be used toward their college tuition. Brandon Gaggini, attended the Nazareth Academy Top Driver classroom, submitted a video and attends Saint Xavier University. Anna Li Radcliffe, attended the Aurora Top Driver classroom, wrote a creative writing poem and attends Indiana University. Karolina Hrehorowicz, also attended the Aurora Top Driver classroom, submitted a computer graphic and attends Illinois State University.
Acquisition of A-Orland Driving School.
In February, we announced the acquisition of A-Orland Driving School located in Orland Park, Illinois. This acquisition extends the footprint, visibility, and service area of Top Driver throughout suburban Chicago with classroom locations in Bolingbrook, Chicago/Oak Lawn, Homer Glen, Manteno, New Lenox, Providence Catholic, and Tinley Park. Opening of New Top Driver Education Classrooms.
We opened a new classroom in the Edgebrook neighborhood of the City of Chicago. The new location serves students and their families living in Edgebrook, Sauganash, Jefferson Park, Norwood Park, and Edison Park. Additionally, students who attend Top Driver’s Loyola Academy classes and live in the area will be able to schedule driving lessons from this new location. This past year, we also opened new classroom locations in Tinley Park and Elmhurst. We also joined the Edgebrook Sauganash Chamber of Commerce and the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce, further expanding our involvement in these communities.
